Anthony, great work here again! Great to see that skateboarding is able to evolve, learn and educate. Always been a fan of your skating and endorsement of creative energy in general. You have chosen the road less traveled and I appreciate that. In regards to the Colvin firing line I could say many things and even deliver personal insight as I grew up in AZ with Randy and have skated with him from our beginnings and only lost the ability to continue to do so after 30 plus years because of relocation and the path his life decisions took him about five years ago. Thanks for mentioning that he has definitely been through personal issues that are nothing to mock. It’s also important to note that no one is born WOKE and we must avoid the pitfalls of an increase in cancel culture. In order to progress in a forward motion we must be strong enough to be responsible for all of our actions and at times apologize. As times change people learn and ignorance is shed through honest constructive criticism. Any one can apologize especially to save face for the public, one’s livelihood and sponsors. But not anyone can forgive. As a lifelong skateboarder of 47 who has worked as a commercial building inspector my motto that works for many areas such as dipshit immature reactionary remarks is “Trust but Verify”. And one final point. Is this so surprising for the time period and from one of the first professional skateboarders who was to witness and benefit from the horrific narcissistic behavior and precedent set by the master himself Steve Rocco? Again, keep up the great work and sorry for my shitty writing mechanics.
